Dr. Robert Cramb

Dr. Robert Cramb is an Anesthesiologist who has been practicing anesthesia since 1988 after graduating with an MD and then FRCPC in Anesthesia at McMaster University. Before transitioning to chronic pain medicine in 2011, he was a staff member at Trillium Health partners since 1991 and part of the acute pain management team. His transition to chronic pain was a natural evolution to continue assisting patients in managing their pain. He has been with PCC, Oakville since 2015.

Dr. Cramb has been teaching most of his career and is currently an Assistant Clinical Professor (Adjunct) at McMaster University. He currently supervises other physicians in pain management.

He uses bedside Ultrasound for many low back procedures including epidural steroid for low back and leg pain. He has also used PRP (platelet rich plasma) to treat joint pain since 2015 with good patient satisfaction.

Dr. Cramb has a special interest in managing migraine with Botox and has completed the training with Allergan for the PREEMPT Botox paradigm for treating Migraine in addition to nerve blocks.

Dr. Varun Sardana

Dr. Sardana is a Physician at the Pain care Clinic, located in Oakville, Ontario. Dr. Sardana did residency training in Family Medicine at Glen Cove affiliated with Zucker School of Medicine at Hofstra University in Long Island, New York. He is currently in the process of obtaining his Graduate Certification in Chronic Pain Management through University of Alberta. His patients are assessed and provided with a comprehensive pain management plan. He recognizes pain affects various activities of daily living including sleep, mood, social activities, family life and work. He strives to provide solutions to the patients in these areas as well.

Dr. Sharine Caron

Dr. Sharine Caron has been passionate about treating patients with chronic pain since 2010. She recognizes the importance of the mind, body connection. She utilizes a combination of lifestyle changes, medications, and interventions to achieve both improved pain control and improved function. She studied and trained at McMaster University and is both a Chronic Pain Specialist and an ER physician. She has taken several courses on ultrasound guided injections and incorporates this technology into her practice. She is currently an Assistant Clinical Professor at McMaster University and has been responsible for supervising and training other Pain Specialists at PCC. She manages all forms of chronic pain such as low back, neck and shoulder, headaches, and fibromyalgia. She looks forward to helping you not let your pain define your life.

Dr. Niren Naidoo

Dr. Naidoo was born and raised in Durban, South Africa. After graduating in 1998 from the Medical University of Southern Africa, he spent many years in the ER, Obstetrics, Gynaecology, Intensive Care and Anesthesia. Dr. Naidoo gained experience in addictions medicine while working in a Drug Rehabilitation Clinic.

Together with his family, in 2004, he immigrated to the northern town of Nipawin, in rural Saskatchewan, Canada. Population 5000.Winters cold. Where he spent three years practising family medicine, emergency medicine and was the sole Anesthetist for eighteen months. On a weekly basis he flew out on a four-seater Cessna Skyhawk to run the medical clinic in the oldest settler community in Saskatchewan [Cumberland House]. Thereafter, in Saskatoon, he worked as a Critical Care Associate in the ICUs of St. Paul’s and Saskatoon City Hospitals. During the same time, he provided Anesthesia in Humboldt, Sk.

Windsor, Ontario is now home.

His passion for medicine has kept him active in Anesthesia, Emergency Medicine, and with a focused practice in chronic pain management. He has experienced the varied nature and faces of chronic pain and understand the need to heal the mind, body, and soul.

Dr. Jaelle Greene

Dr. Greene started working at PCC Pain Care Clinics in 2019. Prior to attending medical school Dr. Greene obtained her Bachelors of Kinesiology. In addition to procedures and medication, she understands the importance of incorporating physical activity into pain management plans to effectively decrease pain and improve function.

Dr. Reza Akef

Dr. Akef is the Chairman of CBAM. With over 10 years experience in teaching and practicing the cosmetic medicine, has developed the CBAM to share his knowledge with other health care professionals to provide the best care for their patients.

With over a decade of recognized aesthetic practice, he is a leading cosmetic physician as well as an internationally recognized specialist in non-surgical cosmetic procedures. He is board certified by the College of Family Physicians of Canada in both Family and Emergency Medicine. Additionally, he is deeply involved in interventional pain practice co-operation for the treatment of Migraines, chronic pain, TMJ, Myofascial pain, and Fibromyalgia.

Dr. Charlotte Ann Logan

Charlotte Ann Logan, MD, Chronic Pain Management

Dr. Charlotte Ann Logan was born in Detroit, Michigan. She completed her undergraduate degree at Michigan State University, Lyman Briggs Physiology in 1992. Charlotte attended Wayne State University School of Medicine where she obtained her Medical Doctorate degree in 1997.  Dr. Logan trained in Emergency Medicine at Detroit Receiving Hospital, a level 1 trauma facility from 1997 to 2000. During residency, Dr. Logan joined the United States Air Force Reserve, where she was deployed to active duty in Operation Iraqi Freedom.  As a member of the Critical Care Air Transport Team, she provided in flight critical care to wounded members of the military.

Dr. Logan began working in Windsor Ontario as an Emergency Medical specialist in 2012. In 2016 she began her career in pain management and has been working with PCC – Pain Care Clinics as a Chronic Pain Management Physician since. Dr. Logan is widely known for her sense of humor and when asked what she enjoys most she responded, “I thoroughly enjoy working with patients and helping people.” In her free time, she loves travelling, good food, and spending as much time as she can with her son.

Dr. Shayan Senthelal

Shayan Senthelal MD FAAPMR, FAAPM

Dr. Shayan Senthelal is a double board-certified Physiatrist and Pain Management physician. A native of Waterloo, Ontario; Dr. Senthelal studied Kinesiology at the University of Western Ontario prior to earning his medical degree at St. George’s University School of Medicine. He completed his residency in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation, where he was awarded “Resident of the Year”, followed by a fellowship in Pain Medicine, both at the Albert Einstein College of Medicine in New York City. Dr. Senthelal specializes in interventional procedures using fluoroscopic guidance but believes that the foundation of treating pain is rooted in a compassionate, comprehensive, and individually tailored approach for each patient, aiming to not only provide pain relief but to improve their functionality and quality of life.

Outside of medicine, Dr. Senthelal enjoys working out, watching sports, and spending time with his friends, family, and fiancée.

Dr. Christine Giordani

Dr. Giordani is a community-based Interventional Chronic Pain Specialist dedicated to serving the Niagara Region. She completed a Bachelor of Life Sciences with Honors at Queen’s University. She then completed a Masters of Neuroscience at Oxford University with full scholarship as a Clarendon Scholar. She returned to Canada to complete her Medical Degree at McMaster University in Hamilton. She received training as a Family Physician at the University of Toronto and subsequently worked in the Emergency Department at the Niagara Health System.

Her passion for managing chronic pain began when a close family member developed debilitating chronic pain. She now has a full-time chronic pain practice in St Catharines and Niagara Falls dedicated to treating patients with chronic back/neck pain, headaches, and Fibromyalgia.

She has attended several international and local conferences on the subject and is currently working on receiving her Canadian Academy of Pain Management (CAPM) credential. She is also an Assistant Professor at McMaster University and provides training to new physicians to the field. She is working on extending her practice to include ultrasound and Xray-guided techniques.

Dr. Peyvand Ashtarani

Dr. Ashtarani is a family physician and has had a comprehensive family practice for many years. He does full time interventional pain management and emergency work currently.
