How to Apply:

  1. Eligibility: You must be a Canadian resident with a physical address and have reached the age of majority in your province (18 or 19, depending on your province).
  2. Requirements:
    • Mobile number & email address
    • Credit card or Visa/Mastercard debit card
    • Online banking access to complete soft credit check
  3. Steps:
    • The clinic team provides the financing quote using the Humm Calculator
    • Select a plan that fits your needs
    • Complete the online application with your personal details
    • Submit for approval
  4. Approval & Purchase:
    • Once approved, you can complete your purchase
    • For partial approvals, you can use the approved amount towards your treatment cost without reapplying
